Founder & CEO,

Mr. Sandeep Kulkarni is the founder and CEO of ImageProVision Technology Pvt. Ltd. He has been there since its inception and has seen all the highs and lows of IPV. At IPV, he handles the operations and strategic decisions for Image ProVision.

He has received the award for Excellence in Pharmaceutical Machinery/Equipment at the “Indian Pharma Awards”.

Mr. Prithviraj Jadhav

(Technology Advisor, ImageProVision Technology Pvt. Ltd.)

Mr. Prithviraj Jadhav holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, with a specialization in Image Processing. He has a collaborative experience of 24 years in this field, spanning education, professional and entrepreneurship.

His experience extends to various areas of application including medical image processing for pathology, ophthalmology and radiology, industrial automation, the automotive industry and defence. He is also the initiator of numerous US patents in medical image processing. At ImageProVision, Mr. Prithviraj started with business and technology with a focus on the agriculture R&D sector and pharmaceutical area.

Later, he completely shifted his focus toward technology and development. At ImageProVision, he is guiding the team in innovation and product development. His vast experience in this area enables him to motivate and guide the team to experiment with new frontiers and new techniques, bringing in new approaches to problem-solving.

During the course of his professional career, he has worked with esteemed companies such as Patni Computer Systems Ltd., BioImagene Inc., 3D Vision Systems (USA) and SCI-COM Software (Pune).

He has also worked with numerous clients including Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation (Japan), NIDEK Co. Ltd. (Japan), US Labs (USA), NIH-Stanford Universities (USA), and LTIL(India), SKF India Ltd. and Telco (Pune, India). He has also conceptualized and developed softwares and business in embedded systems for the Sugar Industries.

Mr. Satish Jamdar

(Mentor, ImageProVision Technology Pvt. Ltd.)

Mr. Satish Jamdar is a Mechanical engineer from IIT, Mumbai, with a vast experience of 43 years and has held leadership positions in several organizations.

He completed his management studies in USA and UK. He was an Executive Director on the Board of Blue Star for 13 years of which the last 7 years he was their Managing Director. As Strategy Advisor & Mentor of ImageProVision, Mr. Jamdar helps our leadership team in Strategic Decisions on business, financial prudence, building corporate culture and guiding for a long-term vision.

He is also an investor in ImageProVision and guides the team in financial matters. During his stint, he oversaw a wide range of activities related to Manufacturing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Product Service, EPC contracts, International Business Operations, HR, Finance, Corporate Governance and General Management. He had been actively involved with CII (India's largest corporate body) as Chairman of CII Maharashtra State Council and subsequently, as Chairman of CII Western Region Sub-Committees for Inclusive Growth and Ease of Doing Business. He was a member of the CII National Manufacturing Council, as well. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors as an Independent Director in reputed companies.

Additionally, he is also associated with a few select start-up Companies as their Chief Mentor and Business Strategy Advisor. He is also engaged in skill development and inclusive growth programs to help needy youth realize their full potential.
