In order to maintain uniformity and obtain maximum efficacy from product, particle size distributions need to be studied, with quality control at key stages in production. The PSA is a powerful tool for research and development and quality control, determining size promptly, accurately and conveniently.

Technical Overview

The PSA is a compact and reliable microscopic software analysis system that includes both the digital microscope as well as the software. Digital microscopy enables high resolution imaging, while the software conducts accurate and sensitive identification of particulate solids and agglomerations in solutions, from those images. The results are computed, tabulated and observed in real time.
